Ok this was my first time EVER buying from a dealership and I am gonna be 40 soon and this is the ONLY dealership I trust! What i noticed right away is they don't follow u around in the parking lot and hound u like every other dealership! They let u look by yourself and if u wanna test drive it u go in and ask! Also what is amazing is the damaged vehicles they will show you the pics of how damaged they were before they fixed them and show you where they got the parts from all on the computer. I also love how they inspect the car right before u buy it to make sure it's still ok! I don't know ANY dealership that does that! I also love how they are family owned! Austin was amazing! So I bought my 2018 Subaru last week and my boyfriend loved mine so much he also wanted a Subaru so he went and bought a 2021 a few days later (yea I'm jealous but whatever lol) we came all the way from Flint twice and it was worth it! Best cars we have ever owned! I have already recommended them to so many people! I could have easily gotten a Subaru Outback in my city or near me but.....i didn't like the reviews of the dealership! Once I seen this place has all 5 star review with over 600 reviews I said yep this is the one! I know cars don't last forever but if i ever need another vehicle I will definitely come back!

I found out that Ruby, my old Outback, was toast on Friday at 5:00pm, and had a purchase agreement in hand for Hal, my new Outback, by noon on Saturday! All the great reviews on Google brought me to BK Motor Sales, but it was their friendly staff and amazing customer service that sealed the deal. I worked directly with Austin Martin, and he was so knowledgeable and just all around phenomenal! My new car may have some cosmetic hail damage (I prefer to call it character 😉), but the stellar price, pristine interior, low mileage, wonderful drivability, and all around amazing service from BK Motors is worth far more to me than looks. After all, it’s what’s on the inside (and under the hood) that counts, right? ☺️ Thank you, Austin and BK Motor Sales!

My wife and I were struggling to find the right car for the right price. With us also being so young it’s hard to make sure that the car is in good condition. My wife and I fell in love with this 2018 outback, Austin made us feel comfortable and secure in this purchase, we are very happy for the reassurance and support through the purchase

I had such a great experience buying my new "used" car. I was able to test drive the vehicle and take it home all within a couple of hours. Austin was so friendly and he took the time the show us everything we needed to know and didn't pressure us to buy at all. I will definitely be coming here in the future for any car buying needs. Where can I start!? Austin was absolutely amazing so helpful and so thoughtful helped us every step of the way! We walked in a very stressful situation having him and his team on our side has made this much easier on us as young new car owners!! I would recommend them to anyone! We will be back!! It almost seems like a waste of time leaving a review since every review he has is five stars. And so is mine. Brad fixed what the Chrysler dealer broke. And he did it in less than 5 minutes. The man knows his cars and customers. Thank you.
