I just got a Forester from them, beautiful car with low mileage. The sales team was amazing and were able to recommend an awesome insurance guy. They were all very laid back and knowledgeable, no pressure felt, and they answered every question I had and weren't even the slightest bit annoyed! I noticed a slight defect in a rim while test driving which I mentioned and without hesitation they said we can replace that. Overall 10/10 experience.

Had a great experience with BK Motor Sales. This is a family-owned business with great customer service. The lounge is nice, with drinks and snacks, and a play area for kids. Awesome atmosphere. The sales rep, Austin, helped my wife and I find the perfect vehicle. We showed up wanting a Subaru Forester, ended up not liking it as much as we thought we would, and Austin showed us a database with similar vehicles. We test drove several, until we found one that we really liked. We bought it a few days later, and Austin again made the process easy and quick. Highly recommended! -James S.

TLDR: A really great experience. Austin helped us get the perfect vehicle, for the perfect price.The Long: All the stars aligned the day that fate brought us to this used car lot. At some point I got it into my head that a Subaru is the only correct car to have. I'd been telling my husband for a year now how much I really wanted a to have one. How it's just the perfect vehicle in every way.Hopefully I wasn't wishing too hard, but it turned our that he hit a deer on his way to Indiana for a work event. The insurance people called it an act of God. Thankfully he was unharmed, but our 2011Ford Fusion was done for.I hit the ground running and immediately started researching what Subaru I wanted, and how we would be able to afford it. It wasn't looking great, but one thing I would do was figure it out.We went to a couple of places, including one of those major expansive car lots. I'd found a 2019 Forester with about 40k miles selling for a fairly decent price. When we ran the numbers, it was a little over my budget comfort zone. He said there was no wiggle room and in fact there were two other people lined up right behind us that were interested. I found this hard to believe as according to what he'd said when we first arrived to look at it, they'd had it for a month on the lot already. Whatever.Unsure of our next move, I just Googled Subaru near me and came across a 2023 Forester at BK Motors with lower milage and and even better price that the one before. My husband was leery to go to an unknown dealer. I told him to just have faith, and we went to check it out.Upon entering the lobby, we immediately felt relief at the warm and welcoming atmosphere that was created. We were greeted, and assisted almost immediately. And even though we didn't end up liking the car we came for, Austin was very kind and patient with us.We test drove several until we found the one that was a perfect match for us. A 2021 Forester, in excellent condition, and for a price that worked perfectly within our budget.All the stars aligned to bring us to this place, this car, this time. Austin was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. It's very obvious why BK Motors is so highly rated. It immediately clear that the rating is well deserved.

This place is amazing! Sam was our salesman. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. The automobiles were just what we were looking for.
