Got in touch with Austin and he was a huge help from start to finish. My wife spent most of her day test driving a few different vehicles and found the one she loved. Austin was the best kind of salesmen no pressure or over selling just let my wife look and test drive the vehicles. He made her feel like part of the family from the very get go and that is all you can really ask for! We got a great vehicle at an even better price and I will be sure to recommend Austin, Sam and their team to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. Worked with both Sam and Austin and they were both excellent to work with. I didn't feel any pressure and they were completely transparent. At first, I wasn't considering a rebuilt title but after reviewing the Carfax reports as well as the pictures of the vehicles which were sent upon request, I felt more comfortable. Prior to purchasing, I called around to multiple repair shops to schedule a Pre-Purchase inspection. Most of the repair shops were booked on my short notice but literally everyone that I talked to had great things to say about the quality of work from BK Motor Sales (Hilltop Repair in Alto fit me in - thank you to them as well!). The Odyssey that I purchased looks and drives excellent. The team doing the repairs are great at their profession. Austin made the entire process stress free and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a run of bad luck with cars until we found BK Motors. Our daughter needed a reliable vehicle to drive back and forth from Plainwell to Marquette, and after already buying a car that turned out to be a lemon and losing money, we were understandably nervous and scared to trust another dealership.I did a lot of research on BK Motors before we went, and everything I found was positive. They also offer a 30-day bumper-to-bumper warranty, which gave us additional peace of mind.We purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester, and when our mechanic found a few minor issues, we took it back to BK Motors—and they fixed everything. Then, after our daughter made it to Marquette, we had a couple more issues come up. BK Motors worked with a local repair shop, and the repairs were taken care of with no questions asked. The shop even commented on how easy BK Motors was to work with!This mom's heart was so worried after being lied to and let down by other places, but BK Motors truly stands by what they say. That means more than they know.We will absolutely be back when we're looking for another vehicle. Thank you, BK Motors, for giving us peace of mind and standing behind your word!

Purchase d a car from Austin about six weeks ago and absolutely love the Subaru Forrester we purchased. Ran into a little radio problem where Pandora would not play without skipping. Brought it in today and with the help of Eric who helped me through it, we found a resolution. Eric could not have been more helpful, patient and kind.

Ok this was my first time EVER buying from a dealership and I am gonna be 40 soon and this is the ONLY dealership I trust! What i noticed right away is they don't follow u around in the parking lot and hound u like every other dealership! They let u look by yourself and if u wanna test drive it u go in and ask! Also what is amazing is the damaged vehicles they will show you the pics of how damaged they were before they fixed them and show you where they got the parts from all on the computer. I also love how they inspect the car right before u buy it to make sure it's still ok! I don't know ANY dealership that does that! I also love how they are family owned! Austin was amazing! So I bought my 2018 Subaru last week and my boyfriend loved mine so much he also wanted a Subaru so he went and bought a 2021 a few days later (yea I'm jealous but whatever lol) we came all the way from Flint twice and it was worth it! Best cars we have ever owned! I have already recommended them to so many people! I could have easily gotten a Subaru Outback in my city or near me but.....i didn't like the reviews of the dealership! Once I seen this place has all 5 star review with over 600 reviews I said yep this is the one! I know cars don't last forever but if i ever need another vehicle I will definitely come back!

I found out that Ruby, my old Outback, was toast on Friday at 5:00pm, and had a purchase agreement in hand for Hal, my new Outback, by noon on Saturday! All the great reviews on Google brought me to BK Motor Sales, but it was their friendly staff and amazing customer service that sealed the deal. I worked directly with Austin Martin, and he was so knowledgeable and just all around phenomenal! My new car may have some cosmetic hail damage (I prefer to call it character 😉), but the stellar price, pristine interior, low mileage, wonderful drivability, and all around amazing service from BK Motors is worth far more to me than looks. After all, it’s what’s on the inside (and under the hood) that counts, right? ☺️ Thank you, Austin and BK Motor Sales!
