We recently purchased a vehicle from BK Motor Sales and we couldn't be more pleased. Austin's customer service and follow thru was excellent! Interaction was informative, helpful and no pressure. We drove out with quality vehicle for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

About a month ago I purchased a 2016 Honda CRV from BK motors. It has a rebuilt title due to theft, but Sam was transparent and showed us pictures of the car right when they bought it and told us of all the repairs they made.I decided to buy it and on the drive home from the dealership the car made a horrible noise on the highway that it hadn't while I was test driving it (turned out to be a piece of weather stripping around the windshield). I contacted them right away and they were super good about getting my car back in to get it fixed. The team is super easy to communicate and work with and I am very happy with my purchase!

Six months in, and I couldn’t be happier with my Subaru Forester! It’s been rock-solid reliable, needing nothing more than routine maintenance. I had a great experience with BK Motors! Austin and the entire team were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient in meeting my needs. The prices were very reasonable, and the shopping and buying experience was smooth and stress-free. There was a minor issue with the key fob after purchasing the vehicle, and the team was able to help me get it fixed, which I really appreciated. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Austin and the team truly made this experience easy, and I would highly recommend them!

Purchased a rebuilt title RAV4 from them 2 weeks ago through Sam and I was very pleased. Had an issue with my windshield wiper not working 2 weeks after purchasing it so called them in the morning they had me come in same day and had it fixed for me in 5 minutes. Very happy with the quick service and love the car.

3.17.2025 - I am quite apprehensive about buying a rebuilt title; However, I think of it like this: If I were in an accident and had my vehicle repaired by licensed mechanics, I'd still drive it after the repair (assuming it's safe, which BK assures buyers they are). Just ask and BK will show you pictures of the vehicle before they did work on it AND they will let you look at any vehicle on the lot that's waiting for a repair. This was great for me because I was able to see what kind of damages they're fixing as well as the vehicles after those repairs. My first impressions of BK are great. The prices and quality of the vehicles are very competitive, which is what brought me in the door. I test drove a couple and was impressed; I was impressed with the repair work and cleanliness of the cars. I decided to take a chance. I'm in the process of purchasing a used Honda Odyssey from BK and thought it would be good to chronicle the experience. I'll try to updated this review throughout my ownership because I think it'll help other people like me who are on the fence with these kinds of vehicles.

It was our first time purchasing with them and we were very impressed with their communication, product knowledge , honesty and professionalism all while being super kind and easy to talk too.
